1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the betj9 platform and its users. By browsing the betj9 website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have given your full acceptance of these terms.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your betj9 account. Please follow the security guidelines below strictly:

• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
• Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the betj9 support team immediately.
• Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.
• Always log out after each session.

Using another person's account or transferring your account is strictly prohibited. betj9 will not be responsible for any loss arising from third-party use.

4. Financial Transactions & Payments

betj9 supports popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh, offering fast and secure transactions for Bangladeshi users.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on betj9 can be made via: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.) No payment methods other than these four are accepted.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each payment method. Information on maximum deposit limits is available in the payments section of the platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 30 minutes and 3 hours to process. Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.

If a transaction is suspected to be fraudulent, betj9 reserves the right to suspend or cancel the withdrawal request and may conduct an investigation if necessary.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

betj9 offers bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. The terms governing these offers are described in this section.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus — making a total balance of ৳3,000. Or if you deposit ৳12,000, the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 applies — making a total balance of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

If any misuse, manipulation, or breach of terms related to bonuses is detected, betj9 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 VIP Program

betj9's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.5% weekly cashback, Silver up to 1.0%, and Gold up to 1.5%. Advancement to each tier depends on your active gaming participation.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules regarding betting and gaming on the betj9 platform must be followed:

• Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue or disconnection, betj9 will determine the outcome based on saved logs.
• Bets placed based on odds or payouts that were displayed incorrectly due to a system error will be considered void.
• Coordinated betting on the same event through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• For sports betting, results will be confirmed from the relevant official sources.

betj9 reserves the right to review the outcome of any bet or game and may void related winnings if evidence of cheating or unfair advantage is found.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betj9 platform:

• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
• Collecting bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Using hacking, bots, or automation software on games or the betting system.
• Using another person's account or allowing a third party to use your account.
• Collusion or coordinated system manipulation with other players.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the betj9 system.
• Harassing or behaving abusively toward other users.

Violating any of these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the relevant account and all balances may be forfeited. In serious cases, legal action may be taken.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

betj9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Registration using false or incomplete information.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Due to a court order or legal requirement.

Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time through the support team.
